Emma Atkinson is a voice and piano teacher at Helen L. Fox Gospel Music Center. She is getting her bachelors at the Irving S. Gilmore School of Music, studying jazz voice primarily and jazz piano secondarily. Emma is a part of the highly regarded and award winning Gold Company program. She is also in the WMU Afro Latin jazz ensemble and has been featured in the University Jazz Orchestra. She studies under Greg Jasperse, and has studied with Matthew Fries and Liz Townsend. She is passionate about combining technique and a love for music.
